Questions
What file formats are supported?
Business cards: JPEG, PNG, WebP. Meeting documents: PDF. Convert Word documents to PDF first.
Are my uploaded files stored?
We do not keep files on our servers once processing is done. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What happens after the free limit?
The standard plan (¥4,980/month, tax included) raises the limit.
The Word file won't open properly
The file has a .doc extension but is actually HTML that Word can open. If Word warns about the format, the content still opens correctly.
